Not another clubhouse. Real momentum.

Elevating the human stack in the age of AI

Run Tech Club started in 2021 as a Friday run and open office hour—weekly rituals where founders checked in, shared setbacks, and sought support.

From the start, we knew who we were serving: builders caught between noisy communities and exclusive accelerators. On one side, endless meetups and “vibe clubs” with little accountability. On the other, accelerators built for venture timelines—fund fast, scale now, or get left behind. Most founders never got access at all.

That gap is structural: wide access usually means low signal, and high signal usually means closed doors. RTC exists to collapse that tradeoff.

That’s why we’ve always focused on the human behind the company. Conviction, clarity, and resilience yield more impact than any fixed curriculum. The founder’s journey is long—shaped by resistance, mistakes, and the unseen “dark miles” that build judgment. Those human layers are what make the difference.

Then in 2022, AI shifted the ground under all of us. Within two months of ChatGPT’s debut, it crossed 100 million users—the fastest-growing consumer application in history. But while AI accelerates action, it cannot accelerate identity. Tools make us faster. What determines the outcome is our vision, maturity, and resilience—who we are, why we build, and what actually gets built.

What we’ve learned so far

Along the way, we’ve had the privilege to collaborate and test with venture partners like Crosscut Ventures (video), Upfront Ventures, 35 Ventures, Techstars Los Angeles, Plug and Play Seattle, a16z TxO, and more. New partnerships are coming online this year with NeueHouse and new venture partners like Wildwood Ventures and Underrated Capital—plugging directly into our OS to filter real traction and progress.

We call RTC a human accelerator—but not in the traditional sense. We don’t produce pitch theater or one-size-fits-all programs. We’re building a momentum engine: pairing venture infrastructure with human layers to move founders forward faster, while filtering for conviction and clarity over noise.

How it works (our funnel)

RTC runs on a simple loop: log, test, refine, and signal.

  1. Founder OS (open, top of funnel).

Anyone can start here. Each week, log one experiment, define your test, track a metric, and set your next action. This builds your signal trail.

  2. Vision Labs, runs, and spaces (insert human).

  3. Signal Showcase (curate).

Every quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct) we select projects based not on sizzle or hype, but on logged traction and clarity in the OS.
