What is Run Tech Club?

Run Tech Club is the operating platform for early-stage founders who prioritize clarity over noise. We replace startup theater with a recurring system of build intervals and critical roadmapping—designed to close the gap between initial conviction and market proof. By turning weekly execution into verifiable signal, RTC helps founders compress decision cycles and build measurable momentum, culminating in a quarterly Signal showcase where that momentum becomes venture-grade visibility.

The RTC stack

Four components working in sequence. Built for founders who are serious about finding what's true — before they're ready to fundraise.

01 — FounderOS

The front door

Free to activate. No application required. You describe your thesis, identify your real constraint, and enter a structured weekly experiment framework. Every week, an AI proof agent challenges your UVP — not to validate it, but to break it. You define a failure gate before each experiment runs. You log what actually happened. The system sequences the next experiment based on what you learned, not what you hoped.

RTC members get added program depth: progress tracking, community infrastructure, and IRL lab access across our active hubs. Non-members access the core proof engine. Both populations use the same system.
